Alejandro Moreno
CEO

Alejandro began his career more than 20 years ago and worked for many years as a member of senior management within a leading Spanish bank. Previous to his banking career, he worked as a management consultant for McKinsey & Co. He holds a MSc in Civil Engineering with honours, an MA and PhD studies in Economics and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University (full tuition merit scholarship). He has relevant expertise and leadership skills in the financial sector recognised by three Deals of the Year awards for innovative financing structures. He is an associate professor at ICADE and IE business schools.

Ricardo started his career doing economic research at different institutions before joining UBS' Top Talent Program. He worked for over 5 years at UBS, in both Geneva and Zurich, in 5 different investment departments and, previous to joining Rembert Capital, also worked at another family office in Geneva. He holds an MSc in Economics (Research) from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor and Master Degrees in Economics from Nova School of Business and Economics, in Lisbon. Additionally, he holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered alternative Investments Analyst (CAIA) designations. He is also a part-time professor of Financial Markets at Geneva Business School.

Maxime de Busscher
Investment Manager

Maxime started his career joining UBS and quickly integrated the Graduate Talent Program. All along he gained experience across several departments, especially within UBS Hedge Fund team as an Analyst and UBS Wealth Management as an Investment Advisor. Thereafter, he worked as a Private Banker in charge of International HNW clients before joining Rembert Capital. He graduated in Economics from an International School and followed his studies in Business Schools in Brussels, in both ICHEC and EPHEC. He holds a bachelor in International Trade.
