Alejandro began his career more than 20 years ago and worked for many years as a member of senior management within a leading Spanish bank. Previous to his banking career, he worked as a management consultant for McKinsey & Co. He holds a MSc in Civil Engineering with honours, an MA and PhD studies in Economics and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University (full tuition merit scholarship). He has relevant expertise and leadership skills in the financial sector recognised by three Deals of the Year awards for innovative financing structures. He is an associate professor at ICADE and IE business schools.

Ricardo started his career doing economic research at different institutions before joining UBS’ Top Talent Program. He worked for over 5 years at UBS, in both Geneva and Zurich, in 5 different investment departments and, previous to joining Rembert Capital, also worked at another family office in Geneva. He holds an MSc in Economics (Research) from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor and Master Degrees in Economics from Nova School of Business and Economics, in Lisbon. Additionally, he holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered alternative Investments Analyst (CAIA) designations. He is also a part-time professor of Financial Markets at Geneva Business School.

Matthieu holds an MSc and BSc in Economics from the University of Lausanne. He has a strong analytical and quantitative skills that allows him to support the portfolio management and lead different data mining projects.

Maria-Dina began her career as a management assistant and later worked as an executive assistant and head of human resources before becoming a wealth manager at various private banks in Geneva. She also worked for 5 years as a management assistant in the Patrimonial Engineering Department of a Swiss fiduciary, which allowed her to deepen her professional knowledge. Maria-Dina has spent her entire career in Geneva.
